LIVE ONLINE COURSE ON AI PRODUCT DESIGN
DATES:
26 AUG 2026 - 7 OCT 2026
DURATION:
7 WEEKS
MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS
6:30 PM AEST

The future of product design isn’t just visual — it’s conversational, adaptive, and intelligent.

Learn how to design AI products people trust, understand, and want to use — guided by Martyn Gooding, Microsoft’s Product Designer with real-world AI deployments at Coca-Cola, BMW, and beyond.

THIS COURSE IS FOR YOU, IF...

  • YOU ARE A PRODUCT DESIGNER READY FOR BIGGER PROBLEMS

You’ve mastered polished interfaces, now it’s time to design systems. This AI product design course helps you move beyond execution into strategic AI product thinking: framing ambiguity, shaping intelligent experiences, and communicating decisions with confidence. Learn how to design products where automation, prediction, and human behavior all intersect — without losing usability in the process.

  • YOU ARE A UX/UI DESIGNER EXPLORING AI WORKFLOWS

You already know how to research, prototype, and ship experiences, but AI changes the rules. We’ll show you how to integrate AI into your workflow without turning every product into a chatbot-shaped gimmick. Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, testing, and validation while learning how to make smarter product decisions when the system itself becomes dynamic, adaptive, or unpredictable.

  • YOU ARE DESIGNING COMPLEX PRODUCTS — OR TRYING TO LEVEL UP

You’re in meetings where everyone says “AI,” but nobody explains what good AI product design looks like. We’ll give you the language, frameworks, and practical structure to talk credibly with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders about intelligent systems. You’ll finish with a portfolio-ready AI product case study that proves you can think strategically, collaborate cross-functionally, and design beyond the UI layer.

ABOUT THE COURSE / WHAT YOU'LL DO
01
PRACTICAL, END-TO-END LEARNING

Go through the full lifecycle of designing AI products, from identifying the right problem to building prototypes. Each lesson stacks practical skills, workflows, and hands-on practice, so you’re not just learning AI theory, you’re learning how to design with it responsibly, strategically, and at product level.

02
TOOLS & REAL INDUSTRY WORKFLOWS

Get hands-on with the tools shaping modern AI product teams, including Figma, FigJam, Lovable, Vercel, Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT. You’ll explore conversational AI, AI interfaces, system behaviour, ethical design, and how AI products move from rough concept to scalable experience.

03
FINAL PROJECT

Your final project is a complete AI Product Case Study. You’ll define an AI opportunity, map user flows, prototype interactions, address ethical considerations, and present a polished end-to-end product story that demonstrates strategic thinking, UX maturity, and real understanding of AI-powered design systems.
